Merger of Bonds Foundry and Bonds CastTech

January 2015

With the development of the new Bonds CastTech (BCT) foundry on its ten-acre site with large accompanying offices, we have found that the inter-group service provision between BCT and Bonds Foundry (BF) has grown markedly.  Hence for simplicity for our customers and operationally we have decided that BF would acquire BCT.
